It has been suggested that I may have a virus in one of my comments.

Comfort Quilts
The guild that I am a member of is making comfort quilts for cancer patients that are undergoing chemo at our local hospital. Several quilts have been completed and were shown at our January meeting. Here is the one that my partner Debbie and I made. We used a spinning four patch pattern, and were very pleased with the final result.
Thanks for visiting.

Sewing Day
I have visited blog land almost every day to see what everyone is doing, however, I can't believe that has been almost a month since I last posted an entry.
During the past few weeks I have been working on the comfort quilt that my quilting guild partner and I are making for chemo patients at our local hospital. (Members of our guild were were partnered, and each couple is making a quilt.) Do not have any photo's of it yet, my partner is now putting on the binding and the label. Hope to take a photo of it this coming week to show you.
I have also been knitting some things for my Great grandson who is expected early March.
Today one of our guild members hosted a sewing day at her home, six of us had a very productive day working on our latest projects. I worked on a UFO - English Country Cottage. Those who were on the old blog would likely remember that I am using a counted cross stitch pattern and converting it to a quilt. Each cross stitch equals a finished one inch square. My plan is to have the top finished late next month. A lovely lunch, and conversation completed a really nice day.
